Your dog's welfare will always come first. During periods of extreme heat, cold or adverse weather, walks may be adapted, shortened or replaced with a home visit and enrichment activities, to ensure your dog remains safe, comfortable and well cared for.

Microchipping is quick. safe and done in the comfort of your own home, it provides lifelong identification and greatly increases the chances of a lost pet being reunited with its registered owner.
Dogs must be microchipped by the time they are 8 weeks old and cats in England to be microchipped by the time they reach 20 weeks of age, unless a veterinary surgeon certifies that this is not appropriate for health reasons. It is also a legal requirement that the registered keeper's contact details are kept up to date.
